Craigs Plumbing was very reasonably priced for a new Bradford White water heater and install. I would use them again because the price can't be beat (I shopped around). The lady who schedules even told me the model number ahead of time so I could research the water heater. However, the installer tried to talk me out of a new heater ... I believe because he didn't want to go up the stairs. To get a permit, a city inspector needs to visit the house. Craigs Plumbing does not send a representative to meet the inspector. They asked me to wait at the house a full day (8-5) to wait for him. I asked for a call before he arrived, and they did.

I received a call within 30 minutes of going on your site. Very helpful with my questions, excellent price. I was able to get the water heater put in that afternoon, and the installer did a great job and took care when removing the old water heater so as not to damage anything in the near area, or scratch a newly epoxied garage floor.

The service was provided the same day that I made the request at the price quoted to me on the phone. I will call Craig's Plumbing company if and or when I need plumbing services again.

Craig's plumbing did an excellent job repairing my main water line leak. Called me within a minute of posting my problem on service magic website. They always came ahead of time on a scheduled appointment. Clean, friendly techs who always kept me informed and discussed with me all options. The best part was they were over $1,000 less than the next lowest estimate by a bigger plumbing company. The company was always easy to communicate with via e-mail to set up appointments etc. Great experience all around from Craig's plumbing I will be having them replace my water heater in the near future. Chris showed up on time (actually early, after calling to make sure I was home which was cool) and completed the work quickly and efficiently. You might find someone that is $50-$100 cheaper, but it was worth every penny just to not have to worry about any headaches.
