My credentials include the two most important; Certification by the American Society of Home Inspectors and the State of Virginia. My inspection experience spans back 12 years as a full time inspector with more than 5500 satisfied clients. As a previous licensed contractor, I have a background in construction. I provide honest and thorough inspections. My computerized report system is comprehensive, reader friendly, includes photos of defects, ball park cost to repair estimates and a summary.
