This company is out of business. After signing a contract and giving a deposit I waited over 2 months for the work to start. The business phone, email and cell phone were disconnected. I had to go to the home of Jeff Fine in order to get my deposit back.

They did a great job and the guys were very friendly. The only complaint I had was that they were a little messy. The price was better than any other contractor and the work was real quality. I would certainly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

We had several meetings and they were always helpful and accommodating.

The design and build were top notch. CDC consistently showed up in timely fashion during the project. In addition, CDC was very helpful answering all of our questions. The final project turned out great!!!

My additional comments about my experience as your customer are: Jeff Fine was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable of home design, planning, real material/labor/construction costs. Most architect do not possess a real sense of what things cost! While others can provide you with plans, you may not be able to afford to build- what they deliver! Best of all, he was honest with no pressure- a rarity now days! I am very happy with my construction plans needed to build my addition! My was treated home with care and respect. Jeff, I've been meaning to call you just to touch base and tell you where we are at. We are still interested in your services. We are having plans drawn up by our architect now and once we are finished would like to submit to you if you are still interested. We are still hopeful to begin in the late spring assuming the permits and all can be completed on time. I will call you when our prints are finished. Thanks again I will update the rating when the work is completed.

Jeffry Fine from Creative Designs Concepts is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is well prepared by having his portable laptop available and ready to show his earlier jobs. I cannot comment on the other criteria as it is premature to do so but I anticipate it will be at the same high performance level.

Creative Designs Concepts, Inc. designed a floor plan for our addition that is exactly what we wanted. They listened to our needs and had many excellent suggestions. The flow of the new space works extremely well and it has many architecturally interesting elements. We look forward to working with them during the building process.

We are in the design process now and so far everything has been positive.
