Great company to work with. Communication was excellent every step of the way. They installed wood look porcelain tile across an entire level of my home where there was previously carpet, and changed the entire look of the rooms. I am very happy with the results!

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
When Matt showed up to give me the estimate I was pleased with his knowledge and exp. so I hired him. The prep work was done well, however, the final product that was delivered to me is not acceptable. My grout is multiple colors. Several grout joints do not have grout in them. My floor was not cleaned at the time of the install so now I am left with a hazy floor. They came back as a result of leaving plastic clips in the grout joints, they had to dig the plastic out and replace the grout. They used a repair grout, not the grout that was originally used. It was much darker in color. They came back to repair again and my floor is still discolored and some grout joints still do not have grout. When I expressed my floor was not consistent in color and still not cleaned the owners remark was "He stood by his work and the haze would go away after I cleaned it several times with soap and water" Why is that my responsibility?
