Followed up promptly with an e-mail and phone call and then showed up in person the next morning. First treatment/service was performed today. This was the level of professionalism I was looking for.

They sent out somebody who looked anxious. She could not find the location of the wasp nest. She sprayed from a distance and frequently jumped away when spraying as if she had no previous experience with handling this problem. She stayed on her cell phone calling somebody else asking for help. After an hour the helper arrived. He went down the basement and removed a good part of the wall insulator with a stick. He kept on spraying everywhere. At the end they left a mess in the basement without cleaning it. There were still wasps flying. They said that they would come back the next day to check on it. They never came back as they got the money

She knew what she was doing and checked all around the house for other nests but only found the one above the front door. She sprayed abunch of different stuff and finally all we saw were dead bees. She was finished in about 45 minutes.

Very knowledgeable - offered other services, like knocking down wasps nests and placing ant bait on the exterior of home and in mulch beds.
