The person that came out to inspect our home was very thorough. So much so that when he was unable to find the problem he returned a little later with a colleague and they both went over the area a second time. This assured us that the skunk odor problem we were having would probably go away with time and not get any worse.(hopefully)

They were friendly and came out when promised. Only two complaints: 1) Three raccoons that didn't live in my house were caught, and I had to pay for their removal. I know why this happened, but it was annoying. 2) It ain't a cheap service.

Critter control did an excellent job and worked through the hottest part of a summer's day to complete it. I will definitely recommend Critter Control to my friends and neighbors!

This company was reliable and helpful. They were timely and clean and gave me good advice about my next steps. I did not use them for "critter control" as that was not the problem. They did, however, diagnose a broken sewer line and recommended next steps.

I tried trapping the rats that made their way into my home and was unable to catch anything. Apparently, rats are more difficult to trap than mice. Critter Control showed up promptly after I called and did a very thorough job of assessing the overall house to determine how the rats were gaining entry. They trapped 2 rats within one day after setting them. I am feeling that I have eliminated this nasty problem thanks to their expert help.

I have already recommended this company to two friends who asked me for a referral. Not only did they catch all the "critters", but the repair work that they did was excellent. The main person working on our house, Mike, often entered the house (using a key) when I was not there, because I could not possibly wait around all day for them to show up. He is very trustworthy and there were no problems with this at all (it was very convenient for me, too). The communication between the guys in the trucks and the office was very good also. I highly recommend this company.

I mostly dealt with Steve Meinecke who was very courteous and thorough in inspecting my home, setting traps where he thought appropriate and adding additional traps that I felt were necessary. However, I did not feel they had the staff to handle the collection of animals in a timely manner.

I am very happy with them.
