The project took longer than initially estimated but the employees did a great job. Follow up results were horrible, cant have him call to have his work approved and I took of work to meet him with the people and he continues to forget. but everything was great.

He was very courteous and helpful. He was able to explain every process to me and showed me how to keep the air circulating. He also said that I could call him anytime if I can't remember how to set the system for each season. Very professional and friendly.

This contractor was very good all around....they did have to come back out to the house to fix a problem with the AC, but they came same day, and did some extra work on the furnace for no charge. I would have liked to get a bit better deal on the price of the unit, but overall, i;m very happy with the project. out of nine estimates, Joe was the best choice. Great customer service and professional installation. I will use them for all of my HVAC needs.

Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came to clean our furnace, but found some issues as well. Unfortunately he is not on the AHS Home Warranty list or we would have him install a new furnace for us as well. If you want someone who really works with you, this is the guy.

CTR did an excellent and fast job of checking out the AC and doing the repairs that needed to be done. The service guy was prompt, very friendly, looked professional and carried himself well. Their fee was a little higher than I usually pay for an AC service ($83 compared to $70) but in the long run I totally think it was worth it. When it comes time for furnace inspection we'll be going with CTR instead of the company we had been using. We needed the AC running NOW and they were able to get the job done. Overall a great service call.

Very professional and you actually got to speak with a technician

Able to ask any question and Joe always has an answer. He'll also educate you along the whole procedure. Very clean work and kept his word on all of the stuff that we agreed on. Him and his crew were very professional on the whole job. No problems as of yet, and also very affordable with the price. The annual service charge is reasonable as well.

Our furnance was giving an error code. CTR Service came out and cleaned the furnance vs putting in new part. Very happy with results, Joe did not try to rip us off.

They were on time, quick and efficient and left no mess and my swamp cooler works now!
