Custom Heat and Air are the best contractors we have hired. They call to remind us, to set up yearly servicing, and are great at explaining the whole project. Duane (owner) has been out to our house several times and we have seen several of the technicians. We have our air conditioner serviced every year, as well as our furnace. Also, we have had a new motor for furnace and a whole new air conditioner installed by Custom and we are delighted. The tankless water heater is a blessing and we are very happy with the installation (which was a bear, due to our gas line situation). The Custom staff has always been friendly and worked hard to keep our business. You can't beat their customer service!!!

Swamp Cooler Installation and Replacement
Custom Heating & Air Conditioning did a terrific job installing our evaporator cooler. Dwane did a wonderful job explaining everything involved and his crew finished the job in a matter of hours. Dwane also came out on a very hot Sunday afternoon when we were having some problems with the cooler. He got everything back up and running in no time. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Customer Heating & Air Conditioning.

Custom heating and air were very polite, precise and timely. I worked with a woman named Laura who gladly provided extra help with getting us that governors rebate in time and also was very quick to provide us with all the information on the units we ordered. This was the most professional contractor that we met with when getting bids. They were able to do the work within our budget and once we signed the contract the AC unit was installed within a week. The owner and all of his employees were so easy to work with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to install a new AC system.

The crew that removed my old hot water heater and installed the new tankless unit were professional and minimized disruption throughout the entire process. Since we have a finished basement, they protected the near by finished areas to keep everything clean. The installation was challenging with our utility area being in the center of the house but the crew was still able to vent the unit without any damage to the finished areas. I would recommend them to anyone.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB THEY DID ON A PRESTIGE BOILER AND SIDE ARM WATER HEATER INSTALLATION. THEY WERE ON TIME, ALWAYS DELIVERED WHAT THEY PROMISED, THEY NEGOTIATED THE PRICE TO WHERE I COULD LIVE WITH IT. PERMITS INSPECTORS PASSED CUSTOM HEATING AND AIRCONDITIONING WORK WITHOU QUESTION.
