Overall,I was satisfied. What they did, they seemed to do well. However, I was talked out of installing a sub panel. After further research, I have come to the conclusion that while it was more work and money, the sub panel would have been the best thing to do.

Ceiling Fan - Install
D&F is the only company that contacted us. They set up a schedule right away and kept it! The young man that scoped the project and then performed the work was excellent. He sure "put a good face" on D&F for us. We'll go back to D&F (and ServiceMagic) for future projects.

Mike Duncan was the only contractor from my submission to Service Magic who replied to my inquiry. I had some other choices from other resources but chose D & F Electric because of the professional manner in which Mike worked with me, as well as the follow up email he sent.

Electrician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I knew the hourly rate of $95.00 before I actually scheduled the service run but since it only took the electrician 8 minutes to fix the problem (connecting a wire for the ceiling fan in the wall switch box), I wish I could have found some other electrical projects to use up the rest of the hour. Regardless, I would use this company again. Mike Duncan was very nice over the phone and actually listened to my ceiling fan story without laughing!
