We hired D&M Carpet Care to clean an upscale restaurant. They were very courteous and professiona. The job was completed job to our satisfaction as requested. I highly recommend them.

He was inexpensive but highly professional and quite knowledgeable. He cleaned a pet-soiled chair that the prior carpet cleaner could not clean and did a great job getting out a very nasty stain. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and conscientious.

Daryl was really a super professional. The carpet looks great and he really took his time to do it right, AND asked that it check it mid-way to see if there was anything in particular that still needed his attention. Would certainly recommend him to anyone. Great customer service skills. I could tell he wanted me to be happy with the results. Super. Will use him in the future.

They arrived on schedule and got right to work. The care in which they took in cleaning and moving things around were to be commended. My furniture and carpet look wonderful. Very professional. On times. I had a plummer there who was suppose to come the day before the carpet was to be cleaned. Didn't have any problem with the water being turn off for a period of time. He did a wonderful job.

Darryl called me the next morning about my job. I explained that I had an urgent need to have the job completed this week. Darryl was professional and very courteous. He did such a wonderful job-a cream color carpet in the church parlor! I never dreamed that it could look so nice, it had so many stains. This carpet has traffic 4 or 5 days a week with families and people eating. The clean carpet got rave reviews from several Elders at a meeting last evening. And Darryl even had time to do our nursery room, taking great care about odors and stains. Darryl will be back and we will refer others to him! Thank you!
