After being strung along by another company for a full week, D.R. Sevacko Plumbing & Heating Inc. came through for us in every way possible. Within just a few days, they installed a cleanout, fully diagnosed the real issue (which turned out not to be our lines collapsing, but a problem with the city’s utility lines), and had us completely up and running again.
From start to finish, the entire process took only three days — and once they had the diagnosis, things moved fast. The communication was clear, the work was professional and high quality, and the team, especially David P., truly delivered.
