Daech & Bauer Roofing & Remodeling

They did not come out to do work. They hired a sub contractor. Sent us letters stating what they are going to do. Had to call to get things going.

They provided many options and explained each one in great detail. Overall I was happy with the options I chose and the quality and craftmanship in which the job was done.

Chris from Daech & Bauer was very professional when he came to inspect the roof and give us a bid. He actually got on the roof (not all companies did!), took pictures of the problem areas and compared them to what is the standard. He offered us a bid for sections of the roof and for the whole roof. He had a booklet with shingle samples including colors and guarantees. Daech & Bauer came out promptly (after a few phone calls to determine when they would be able to come out) and completed most of the work when the shingles ran out which coincided with the holidays so it delayed the project slightly. The clean up was thorough.

The work was performed on time and well.

I received two bids on my siding job. Daech & Bauer's representative gave such a good presentation and was very thorough, it wasn't much of a guess who I needed to go with. They did everything the their rep said they wood do. I was very pleased with their service.

Daech & Bauer did not do the repair we needed--they inspected it and concluded that a HFAC professional was a more appropriate person for our particular problem (and recommended a specific HFAC professional). I appreciated D & B's honesty, timeliness, and professionalism. Would definitely call them again for roofing work.

did not begin or complete job in a timely manner. all the hype about using a magnet to pick up all the nails in your grass was not followed through. three weeks from start to finish was more than we expected. since it was over the holidays, maybe they should have just told us they would do it after the first of the year.
