Brian Dahl called in advance to let me know he'd be late due to a previous job. He showed up promptly at the rescheduled time and very efficiently worked to get a dial tone working on 5 jacks in my house, a task that had remained unaccomplished since Comcast started providing my phone service 6 months earlier. Brian was quite knowledgeable, professional, and had all of the necessary tools and equipment with him, thereby avoiding the need to have to reschedule a second appointment. I'll definitely use Dahl Communications again with on any future telecomm problems.

The contractor was very well versed in the installation and programming required for my Nortel system. They provided a detailed bid for the scope of work, were very flexible in modifying the scope as directed, completed the removal and installation of the phone system in a timely manner and stayed on the job until I was comfortable with the new configuration. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install or relocate a phone system.

Dahl Communications was exactly the type of company I was looking for and couldn't find before trying ServiceMagic. Their employees were courteous and extremely responsive to my needs. Their weakness was that the technician couldn't find the source of the problem on the first visit, and it took another technician two (or was it three?) visits to take care of everything. Although this meant a lot of time and travel on the work, I was very pleased that Dahl was aware of this issue and adjusted my bill for that accordingly.

These people don't know what business is all about. Worthless, a waste of time.

What a pleasure to work with! I'll surely call Mr. Dahl again if we have similar needs.
