Dahl-House Construction is a conflict-free general contractor serving the metro Denver area. The complete staff is friendly and easy going. Unlike our competitors we do not require a down payment of any kind. The final project for our clients is higher than their expectations. Basement finishing is our specialty. We help with design and build. All work is done by specialized tradespeople, not handyman. Member of Tom Martino's exclusive referral list. Member of Mr. Fix-it, Paul McGreagor's referral list. We are one of the few companies qualified and experienced in egress windows. One special product is egress windows, which is required for most basements.
