Didn?t fix my dishwasher. Came out, said the problem was something else dispute being given the exact information from the user?s manual for the repair code given by Samsung, had to call him back, he said he had to get a part, came out again to replace the defect part and left, I look after and my dishwasher wasn?t leveled and once again not working. I paid over $300! I called to them again and no response to text, voicemail or message sent through Angi. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge to get my money back.

I thought he was very good and professional, but the the number he left me is not working. I have a low rating because if it was not for Angi, I ca not get a hold of him

Daniel did an excellent job in repairing my washer. It was leaking water and he and his assistant worked very well together to solve the problem. I would most definitely hire him again. He was on time and finished the job very quickly. He also cleaned up after he was done. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

Never use them

This guy came to fix my dishwasher that was not draining properly. After working on it for about an hour he said a small piece of glass stuck in the pump was the issue. The charge was $216. A day later it is still not draining. I called him and he committed to come out at 2:30 that day. He never showed, would not answer my calls and sent me a text that made no sense. It is been 3 days and no word from the guy. I called another company (not through Angi).

Excellent work. Very thorough.

Failed to fix the problem. Was late for every scheduled appointment. Phone was not answered when called. Unable to leave message because mailbox was full. I would definitely NOT recommend this company if you need a problem resolved in a timely manner!

Daniel was awesome very courteous stayed and monitored my washer to make sure it was working I would recommend anyone to hire Daniel he will get the work done 100%
