Yes, I recommend this pro
$300
Jimmy was very flexible with scheduling the inspection...it had to be rescheduled twice. He was great with answering all the questions we had during and after the inspection. His report was easy to read with pictures to help explain things. The seller/owner of the house we are buying liked Jimmy too, they said they would like to use him for the house they have just put a contract on as well. I would highly recommend his services to anyone buying a house.
