Immediately after this we arrange to meet the customer and have the job foreman view the site first hand. Generally within one day after this site inspection the customer will receive a written bid/proposal and a professional drawing of the site plan if applicable.

Very pleasant to work with & willing to solve any issues that come up. Although, it did take a while to complete my 12' X 25' back patio due to weather & several other issues, they completed the project to our satisfaction. I would use them again.

Overall the quality of job was good. But, the project planning and management was not very good. They were coordinated very well. I never knew when the crew was coming or going. I never knew what was going to be completed each given day. Several times things were promised but, never happened until much latter (usually the next day). I don't mind some delays but, I would like to know about them upfront and be kept in the loop of any changes. Due to this lack of communication I will have have a hard time recommending Rios concrete to friends or family.

I needed a 18 x 22 patio poured over the existing one that was in very bad condition. Steve and his crew was at the house as promised and started to work. Since I work during the day, Steve called to let me know how the job was going as he said he would. Steve and his crew did a magnificent job. It is better than I thought it would be. They went well beyond my expectations. I am very PLEASED with the job and as promised they were out to pick up the forms a couple days later. Now I spend more time in the backyard because of the new patio. I would highly recommend Rios Concrete to everyone that needs concrete work.

MR.LOBO DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB IN COORDINATOR'S THE PROJECT DATE DESPITE THE BAD WEATHER AND HOLIDAY SEASON. STEVE RIOS AND HIS CREW WERE FANTASTIC IN SETTING UP THE JOB SITE AND TO POURING THE CONCRETE. STEVE RIOS EXPLAINED EVERY STEP OF THE PROJECT. Was originally quoted $3-$6 sq. ft. for patio and sidewalk addition. They never measured, just estimated job. Then, tried to bill extra, over the estimation. I told them to measure after the fact, as had not been done to that point, and the additional charges would not be valid. They tried to charge close to $7 sq. ft. originally, but after arguing the point of original quotes and estimations, I got the job done for the high-end original of $6 sq. ft. The actual quality of the work was excellent and will recommend them, but suggest have them actually measure the area first, and if a quote of $3-$6 a sq. ft. is offered, hold them to it.

We recently completed an addition on our house that was plagued with problems. Because of that, we were very apprehensive about having this project done. However, Bob and Steve answered all our questions, continued to reassure us, and made minor adjustments without arguement. We really felt that our satisfaction was their #1 priority, and that went a long way with make us feel at ease.
