Dancon completed this project in a day. I plan to hire him for projects that I have coming up in the near future.

Joey seemed to develop an attitude when I questioned the quality of craftmenship.

Happy with the finished product. Completed work in timely manner. Had a little trouble getting materials on site, but got the job done.

Was helpful in every aspect of the project.

I was very happy about the work that was done in my back yard, the gentlemen performing that task were very efficient and I would consider them again when I have my next project come up. I am going to have another job for them to perform but not at this time.

Very good work. Everything done to my satisfaction. Would have given them 5's, but I cleaned off outside house walls with power washer myself. That was my choice.....

The price of concrete is increasing and new costs have been added to offset the higher fuel charges. The main thing with concrete work is to get at least three estimates. My estimates for the job ranged from $3,500 to $1,500. Joey did not have the cheapest bid but I felt comfortable communicating with him and he certainly did the job I asked him to do. He scheduled the work for the day I asked and the metal work and framing was completed just as the truck arrived. The workers were hard working and knew their job well. I am pleased with the work.

Joey & his crew were excellent. They worked on one of the coldest days of the year and did a great job. They were very conscientious and did a great job cleaning up. I was very pleased. Joey communicated well and called to tell me when he would be late.

They did what they said they would do! They took care of every need we had, did not get annoyed if we had questions or commented on the work. They made sure that we were happy and that the job met with our approval before they moved on. They also did not always ask for money, we've had that in the past and it was nice to deal with a professional. We thank Dancon for our beautiful porch.

Joey was always accesible and willing to work around my needs. His crew is hard working and respectful. The finished product was everything I expected.

Did an excellent job. Was very careful to keep my house clean. They retiled my shower and stopped it from leaking, installed new faucets and some pipe and also installed a new toilet.
