I found him very professional and easy to work with. He was fair and reasonable. He and his workers were trustworthy and reliable. (I had lent them my house key since I work all day.) The project consisted of major renovations of 2 bathrooms. The results were very good and am very happy with them. My only criticism is that there were a couple of days where the door was not locked when I arrived home and they had left for the day. I had to remind him to remember to have his workers lock the doors.

Mr. Conroy was in the middle price wise, has excellent workers, especially electrical, tile, and paint. He and his workers were on the job every day, sometimes 7 days a week. He is very easy to work with, and does not nickel and dime the project -- is very fair in cost, and does what is needed, especially in my case, with an old home in San Francisco. I found him very honest. Suggest more attention to site clean up.
