I had no a/c or heat due to a circuit breaker. I looked up on home advisor and received a call from kristy immediately. She put me on with Matt who came out to do the job. It was pouring down rain and he handled the problem and it was complete in no time. Will use again

Quick, efficient service. I have been burned in the past using online referral services but this was a great company to hire. They were at my home on time, correct the issue, and have very reasonable fees. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

from my first initial call, i spoke with kristy, and got a feeling this was a company that was confident, and most of all considerate of elderly customers. our electric problem was the result of a shoddy job done by unqualified people we hired before. DSI sent matt murphy the same day. matt is a master electrician, and of course properly licensed. he came to our home, he is polite and very competent. he explained the job requirements to us in detail in terms we understood. we felt so happy with him and david spence inc that we had him complete this job the same day he came to give us an estimate. he went right to work, and did a wonderful job, he went beyond what we needed, and we are thrilled. He brought the job in, finished, and cleaned up for a very reasonable charge. thanks DSI, kristy and most of all thanks to Matt Murphy, we so appreciated your courtesy to us.

Matt is a "doer". Most electricians will just "talk" about what could be wrong or broken. He "does" something about it. He dove right in and was testing and troubleshooting within minutes of arriving. Electricity was restored to two troublesome outlets and a faulty breaker was fixed in a very short time. I'm calling him again when I'm ready to tackle more projects

Within five minutes of my call, Matt contacted me and completed the work that day. He is a winner! I was given a detailed description of the work done and so far I am very, very pleased. There will be more work in the future for this company.
