13 April 26 I had to delete my previous comments due to overall length. I guess Google did not anticipate one having so many issues with one company. In case this is your first visit to the review, suffice it to say I've had several issues with customer service and have posted them regularly. However, below sums up my experience perfectly and tells one all they need to know (in my opinion) about the company and how it operates. On April 13, 2026, I called simply to ask when my next salt delivery was scheduled. Since I don't believe I received my salt last time (one year of salt was part of my purchase), I wanted to make sure I know when to expect this delivery. The representative who answered informed me that the owner had canceled my “courtesy salt delivery” due to my negative reviews. I asked her to repeat that to make sure I heard correctly—and she confirmed it a second time without hesitation. To be clear, this was described to me on the call as a “courtesy.” However, that is inaccurate. The salt delivery is explicitly included in my invoice and was promised as part of my original purchase agreement. At no point during the sale was it presented as optional or a goodwill perk—it was part of the deal, in writing. I have attached the invoice to show this was part of the deal. Granted in theory, I didn't pay for it (it was zeroed out on the invoice), but it was a service that was part of the deal regardless. I told her I would be updating my review to reflect this, and her response was, “that’s fine.” For clarity, I’ve only posted one Google review—though I’ve updated it multiple times as my experiences continued. Up to this point, I hadn’t shared my experience on other platforms, but that will be changing. While this behavior is disappointing, it’s not surprising based on my past interactions with this company. What is surprising is how openly it was admitted. Many would view this as unprofessional and retaliatory—like a child taking his ball and going home after not getting his way, rather than addressing customer concerns constructively. What’s especially frustrating is that at no point did the owner reach out—no phone call, no email, no text—to try to resolve any of the issues I’ve raised. Ironically, I’ve received more customer service follow-up from a takeout restaurant after a bad review than I have from this company. If this is how customer feedback is handled, it speaks volumes. The good news is, now that I've been blacklisted from the company, I shouldn't have any more to report. The few dollars in salt is worth not having to deal with Titan again... I hope the few dollars saved by stopping my salt is worth it to them. Great business decision!

Technicians/Installers arrived early and provided excellent service. They were very courteous, professional and responsive to my questions.

I decided to go with this company because it’s family owned and the equipment is tailored/structure for homes in Florida. There are payment options available making this investment affordable. It really shows how much this company wants to help one another in the community. I made the decision to proceed. My unit was installed later that afternoon. My agent communicated throughout the process which was amazing knowing exactly what to expect. The equipment was professional installed and I was impressed with the overall appearance. I highly recommend this company.

It went really well. The reason we have hired company is that we had others to do presentations about it but instead of being pushy they just informed us of everything. They have provided a reasonable pricing. We understood the science behind it and there weren't any tricks. They were straight forward. They were clean and professional. Everything was excellent.
