Equipment was outdated and I was not happy with the cuts made into my ducts in order to hook up the equipment. I wish I had been made aware of this beforehand. I also did not like the fact that the trash per say is blasted into the air ( meaning I never got a clear definition of how they dispose of the gunk in your vents). Overall I am okay with the service received. I also want to say it would have been nice to know that they were coming, didn't get proper notification.

Dan responded to my request within 1-2min. He was able to fit me in the same day!! Amazing! He was friendly and very easy to converse with as he worked. He was willing to do extra work upstairs ALL with a willing spirit and a happy heart to help. We had nasty stains and he stayed until it was 100% complete- I watched the extent to which he worked to get rid of blue pen out of our carpet. I would recommend him to all friends and b.

They did a great job. The only problem I had with them was we were scheduled for 1- 4pm that day, they had some sort of work emergency, they ended up getting to us at around 6pm . They stayed in touch with me the entire time until they arrived at our home. We will totally use them again to clean our HVAC system. Job well done

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
The actually cleaning guy was at our home for 4 hours and did not speak one word to me. I had no idea what to expect at all. He finally spoke with my husband though who stopped by near the end. He actually broke something in the furnace, which cost us an extra $200 to repair, as it was freezing in our house otherwise. Would not recommend.
