Tankless Water Heater - Repair
i had no repair as such. he pulled the covers and reset the thermal overload breakers. it has been working since. i recommended that the tenant use less volume and shut the water off more slowly so less heat remained near the breakers. he responded promptly and the charge was reasonable.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We had a very difficult water heater replacement project and contacted Nick Deacy through this site. He came out and gave an estimate that was fair and reasonable. It took him quite a bit longer than he had anticipated to complete the project, but Mr. Deacy stuck by his original estimate. My wife says he was very patient and courteous. Although I did not meet Mr. Deacy, I am very pleased with his professionalism.

Very Quick Response. Overall, very good knowledge of issues. Two man team worked well, one worked while the other went to get parts. Kept billing to reasonable for work performed. Only minor negative was full clean up of area where work was done.
