I had a leak in my AC system. After the leak was confirmed, I asked for a quote on a Friday. They did not call me back with the quote as they said they would. I had to call them back on Monday myself. They did not seam as if they really wanted to do the work. I asked them what the quote included. The response was very vague and unacceptable for a professional business. I asked for a time frame for repair, the response was "maybe sometime this week". Other contractors I called were more than willing to provide details and give a more exact. Don't waste your time with this contractor.

The task was simple: clear a clogged condensation drain line on my AC. When I called for service I asked what the price was to have the line cleared and I was told that unless they encountered any other problems the cost would be $89. The repair guy tried to charge me $129 - $89 for a "diagnosis" which I didn't need and $40 to fix the problem, which was about 5 minutes worth of work. He took off the extra $40 when I objected but it seemed like he was just seeing what he could get away with. I wouldn't trust them with a major repair after that.

Fixed AC same day - had the part on the truck. Very fast and courteous. Sort of expensive, but I imagine it would be expensive no matter who I went with. I would recommend them.

They answer my phone call very fast and came the same day i called. The technician was very respectful and professional. He check everything and took just a couple of minutes to find the problem, he really knew what he was doing. He fixed our problem and was very responsable. Be sure that is a company that will fix any problem and charge the right money. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

I had two previous repairman who filled the FREON but did not fix the problem. I then had estimates for a new system and/or replacement coils in the attic. This has been the repair that has worked the longest. and involved capping an outside valve before refilling the FREON. I am not sure if the previous companies I used were incompetent , lazy or just trying to sell a new system. My service was completed on Thursday June 26th and so far so good.. I have received a couple of follow up calls and I will call again if I encounter any more a/c problems.

Our a/c went out the Saturday of Memorial Day and Dean came and fixed it that day. They were not able to give us a time frame for coming, because we were a last minute customer, but that didn't bother us. We also feared having to replace the whole unit, but they found a much less expensive solution. We are looking to replace our whole system in the next year or so and will be calling Dean to do the work.
