Deck or Porch Repair
Dean Carpenter is in the wrong business, repairing and staining decks. He should stick to what he know's. I had to repair about half of his work myself. when he finished it looked ok, but after that, about two weeks things started falling apart. what a terrible experiance, paid a lot of money too ! Small Projects Painting or Staining
we accepted the job and knew that his estimate was alot lower than the rest of the people. we planned on giving him $200. more if the job was done right, but the painting was average. he worked slow, poor communication and poor clean up. he power washed the garage and i would have expected him to clean up some of the paint chips. he told my husband that he under bid the job and hopes to have an in with the community. this will not happen. 2 of my neighbors were waiting to see if we liked him for their big jobs; they took a look and will be going somewhere else. the security doors are painted just ok.
