The customer service is friendly and timely. The only issue we have is their advice on the color selection and suggestion. My husband and I normally relied on the contractors to give us some suggestions, but they seem to be weak in that area. If you know what you want, they can be great contractors.

Deckcrete did a great job for the money. Other quotes came in for more. I'm sure the process for the other guys was different / perhaps more refined, but I loved the glossy surface that they created. They did it all in one day, staying late to meet our schedule and their pricing was extremely competitive.

I was impressed with the time this job was completed. Their representative, Jesus came and gave us a bid on Friday, was here at the appointed time, I had already received two other bids, theirs were comprable and they were able to start on the following Wednesday, he had said it would take three days for my job. On Wednesday, I went to work and by the time I came home that evening the whole job was completed. I could not have been happier with their service. Thank You.
