On the positive, I was impressed with the professionalism of Dee, the owner and the "cleaning list" is very thorough. On the negative side, I was given a quote over the phone based on my description of the house that was considerably lower than the estimate after she came to the house. I have not had her crew out yet because it's a birthday gift for my wife. I will add another rating after they come out and clean the house.

I have only had one visit from Dee's Cleaning so far. I have hired her for bi-weekly cleaning of my house. I chose Dee because of her attention to detail. She was extremely pleasant. The 2 ladies that helped her to clean my house were very nice as well. I was very happy with my house when they were finished. My granite counter tops in my kitchen never looked better.

They did not move any small tables (coffee tables or end tables) when vacuuming. I just do not think that I would use them again.

We didn't personally see the cleaning because we had already moved for the home, but our real estate agent RAVED about it. In fact, she asked for the company's name so she could recommend them to all her other clients. She did a great job working with our real estate company to get into the house, and I couldn't have asked for better and more timely communication!

Dee did a wonderful job. She gave us specific costs to work with (a few others didn't). She reminded us the day before that she would be here, and let us know she was running ahead of schedule the day of the cleaning. When we came home the house smelled and looked fantastic! Great job- we look forward to working with Dee!
