Let's just say I am not very happy. At first everything appeared to be great. The workers had two supervisors directing them on the necessary work but before you know it we soon became the head foremans having to constantly direct and point out what still needed to be done or what needed to be touched up. This wasn't b/c we wanted to be nags it was b/c they were constantly asking us to. To top it off they did not follow instructions properly on a part of the task which result in an error where paint was slightly lifting in areas that were not properly primed. When this was pointed out to Mr. Delgado himself he asked what neeeded to be done to correct it. (As if he should be asking me!) Finally, he promised to return that afternoon to correct the poorly finished areas and (You guessed it!) he never showed up. So after paying an amount that we feel was unfair, due to a miscommunication and failure to communicate what the new estimate would be before doing the additional work, we had to fix the job ourselves.

Rene Delgado did an excellent job in fixing my wall in the closet, trimming my bathroom door and hanging a towel rack in my shower. I am completely satisfied with the work he did for me and I definitely will use him again.
