DeltaTech Construction

Bon Jour !! and hello from Sandra Tomasetti Malagand, of DeltaTech Construction. I've developed a loving habit of fulfilling customer's dreams by creating those most wonderful and beloved places, which they call "home", enhanced at times with a few of my own suggestions, ideas, materials, and wonderful products. It's sometimes those small and subtle enhancements that make one's project truly remarkable. Just ask several of my satisfied clients -- your projects will always command my fullest attention and personal service -- from conceptual design to the final completion of construction, and certificate of occupancy. Whether on the bayou, near a dock , in an designated historic district, or on a spacious, land parcel far from the maddening crowd -- I'll meet, and in most circumstances, exceed your expectations in making your wonderfully located project into that lovely "castle" to forever keep, or simply of great assistance in modernizing that "grande ole dame" of yours into that "jolie jeunne fille" that "she" should and can be. Working with your architect or mine, I'll "guide" you through the entire process from lot layout, landscaping, all floors, veranda, decking, and gazebo design as needed to fulfill your very dreams ! Did you say you needed help with interior design? That's my most true love and passion. Sri Lanka's presidential palaces have seen my work and reflect it to this day.
