This is to let you know how pleased we were with the quality work DeMarco Roofing performed in replacing our mansard roof. Curt Booher was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional, took time to thoroughly assess the roof, and offered a reasonable bid. He did not pursue us aggressively, but showed that he was interested in acquiring the job. We selected the Gap shingles because of the total system offered by the company and their warranty. DeMarco had the training and expertise to install the product. The men arrived as scheduled and worked diligently until the job was completed. Curt was there numerous times to ensure that the work was performed as discussed and was responsive to our queries. Curt was creative in resolving a long-standing problem. He took on the challenge of our balcony roof, and came up with a solution -- after two other roofing companies had completely replaced the roof without solving the problem. Everything was completed as promised and in a timely fashion, and the cleanup was excellent. The landscaping, also, was relatively unscathed. They were very courteous and extremely thorough. I'm very pleased with the roof repair and gutter installation.

DeMarco did an excellent repair to my roof. Communication could have been improved, but all else went well.

Price was not the cheapest estimate but I felt comfortable that I was getting quality work that was worth the cost. Only issue came when I tried to call the number on the company business card to schedule the job and could never get an answer or leave a message. All else was very good.
