About us
Denco Construction Services, LLC, (DCS) offers a full line of remodeling services including Structural Modification, Room Additions, Second Story Additions, Kitchen and Bath Remodeling, Bonus Rooms, Four Season Rooms, Design and Blueprint Services. We have a full time CAD Technician on staff and work directly with 2 AIA Architects and a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer. DCS is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis (HBA) and has representation on the Remodelers Council Steering Committee. We are an active member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and The Remodelers Council. We have been in business since 1993 in the Greater St. Louis area and have remodeled private homes and multi-family buildings, we have designed and built several custom homes, an apartment building and have helped layout and design many more. Our owner has served in all aspects of the construction process including, laborer, carpenter, layout, site development, blueprint take-off and sales.
