Even though it was a Saturday, Tom took my call right away and promised to stop by mid-afternoon. He kept his appointment. Allowed me to purchase my own ejector pump from Home Depot (the brand, his recommendation) and installed it for me. Reasonable price. Everything works fine. --Bob Brown, Bolingbrook

It took about 10 minutes to get ahold of them but it was well worth the wait. He showed up right on time to my condo complex and was eager to start. They completed a pull and rest on my toliet and were done in less than 20 minutes. He also took care of another small issue at no cost. I would strongly recommend them as they are diligent on arrival and are willing to take on additional tasks. Thanks Dependable Plumbing I will be calling you back!
