Doug called me about 1 minute after I posted my request on Service Magic. He came to my house within about 3 hours the same day to look at an issue I had with the pool. I plan on using him again for my next pool problem. I can't say the same of the previous two guys I tried (who I did not find through Service Magic). Service Magic rules!

We are from out of town and purchased a bank owned home with a pool in Arizona. We needed some pool repair done quickly and over a holiday weekend. Doug went out of his way to make sure our pool was ready for us when we arrived in AZ. We also have Desert Gator Pool servicing our pool on a weekly basis. I would definitely recommend Desert Gator Pool service.

Doug and his crew rocked on this project! Taking my green, nasty pool to crystal-clear and restoring my plaster back to white from what even Doug called worse then he thought - I couldn't be more impressed. Very quick work and scheduled unbelievably fast. You can not go wrong with these guys!

They showed up ontime and did the job as requested.Job was completed for price agreed upon. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them. The only problem i expieienced is they can be difficult to contact.
