Kevin was very polite and responded very promptly. Sprayed [for spiders] inside the home as well as the garage, foundation, crawl space, eaves, bushes, and exterior walls and windows. Kevin made sure to spray in accordance with the fact that we have children and pets.

Kevin responded to my e-mail with a phone call at 7:30 that evening and I set up an apointment with him for the next day. He was prompt, courteous, found the problem within 10 minutes and was very professional in his dealings with me. He set up traps and I found 2 mice the following morning. I have engaged his services for the following 3 months and would recommend him to my neighbors if they have issues with pests.
