It amazes me to this day how a business owner can advertise that they are a family owned company, and show off all their trophies & plaques in their store regarding customer service, but then turn around and treat us the way they did. 52 days ago I paid upfront for Designed Glass to order me a replacement double pane window for my daughters bedroom which had cracked over the winter.....Long story short, we were promised completion of the glass installed in our window frame, but failed to complete after the arrival of the pane by 3 different dates they kept telling me and pushing further out. It didn't take me long to realize the owner, Courtney, was not out to provide quality customer service or even try to make the customer satisfied. She showed no compassion during our conversations and never acknowledged her company or employees who underdelivered their promises. This could all have been avoided if they had told us the truth, and met their timeframe they promised.
