Don was out to my place 2 differant times trying differant things to repair my old garage door opener but eventually it had to be replaced with a new one. Don was as prompt as possible in getting my problem solved, always on time, friendly and curtious.

Hired this pro who hired a sub contractor to replace two broken windows. The sub contractor said he would have to order parts. I heard nothing from them for nearly two weeks so I followed up with the Pro who then began communicating on a regular basis. The windows have been replaced, and I am pleased with the job.

Don called me before I had logged off the service magic website! He came out the next day with his partner Steve to investigate a water line leak between my meter and the house. Fortunately they were able to locate a serious leak and make the repair quickly. They were not afraid to "dig in" to get the job done. Don is very responsive to a customer's needs. He is very dependable, has excellent communication skills, and does quality work.
