I own a dual unit HVAC system that was supplied and installed by DGC Inc. 15 months ago (May 2012). This month (August 2013) I noticed the upstairs unit was not cooling well. DGC Inc. checks the system and finds it 1 lb. low on refrigerant. Technician doesn't have any on his vehicle. Technician states that he believes that the system was not completely filled at time of original installation. Owner Dave Griffin refuses to warranty refrigerant and service even though we're only 3 months outside of the 12 month warranty and it likely was an installation error. Unfair and unprofessional. Beware!

I was able to establish imidiate contact with DGC. An appointment was made for the next day. However, the service person was able to rework his schedule, and came a few hours later. AGC generated communication through phone calls and e-mail. It was helpful to know what was happening. The service person was prompt, knowledgable, experienced, and professional. I recomment using DGC for a timely, reliable service experience.
