We hired Dave to do a basement remodel he let us know it would take 3 weeks it ended up taking 4 1/2 months and he never actually finished the work. He left walls with gouges and half painted, ruined 3 tiles in bathroom with a drill bit, put two big holes in the wall next to a light switch, left two switches exposed without covers, didnt put screens back in windows, didnt label electrical panel, didnt sand before he painted cabinet so paint didnt stick, tiles in the shower were crooked. Do not hire him. I could have done better with YouTube and I dont do construction.

During the pandemic I think they did the best job they could but they had a lot of sub contractors quit mid-job and we had to cut some losses. Also some of the quality is really lacking.

Dave and his crew were really good to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way and when things got a little held up he did everything in his power to make it right. My basement is beautiful, I am very happy with the quality of work and the concern and care the whole team had for keeping us safe during Covid times.
