In my past experiences, companies have been unreliable (showing up very late, not showing up, charging too much, no callbacks, or been too aggressive). This is not the case with Diamond service. They were very friendly and courteous and did a wonderful job! What I appreciated most of all was that they kept me posted on the progress by sending text messages until they completed the job. Even though this was my first time hiring them, I felt they were very reliable and would highly recommend them!
