Digital Connex, LLC started in Portland, OR in 1994. We started by installing DirecTV and Dish Network satellite systems in homes and businesses. Today currently installs satellite systems, satellite broadband systems, home theater systems, high-end sound systems and satellite radio systems. The company has experienced rapid and steady growth. Today, the company has fifteen installers working in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. We have been in the commercial business since 1999 and have had steady growth every year. Our commitment to customer service and our stay ahead of the game attitude has resulted in a 60% growth in our business in 2005. Digital Connex is currently doing business with a wide range of companies from Johnnys Tavern to Fortune 500 companies like HP, Intel, Marriott Hotels and several others. We have built Head-End systems for 3 correctional facilities in Oregon; Coffee Creek, South Fork and Federal Penitentiary in Sheridan, OR. The reason for the companys success is its commitment to training and customer service. It has the most extensive installer-training program in the country. The average installer goes through a mentored 9-month formal training program. Once an installer completes the program, training does not stop. Installers continue to attend product and service training classes throughout the year for the purpose of staying up to date on consistent changes in the industry.
