"This job was switching a septic system to sewer. It was involved and a written contract would have been useful. Much of our discussion of scope of work was not remembered by Donna and she just wanted the job done and didn't evidently grasp the scope. I expedited the job, informed her ahead of the probable loss of sewer service for a night and ended up paying for it altho I had not included it. I called her relentlessly with schedule,updates and consultation(often unavailable). I met the city folks and pushed supervised their work. She planned landscape and patch or replace drive. She could get in and out drive but took 2 days to relay a wall."
