Tim was very nice and did a good job fixing our filter. The only issue we had was they gave us a four day span of when they would come. Then let us know at 9:30 the night before they were coming and still couldn't give us a time when he would be out. The communication wasn't that good either. They would say they would check on something and call me back but never did. Then I would have to call and find out.

I would definitely use them again. They were running a little late, but called to ask me if they could still come. He was extremely friendly, courteous, thanked me for my business, shook my hand, all things that you would expect from a service professional. He did not charge me an outrageous amount and completed the work on the first service call. I initially contacted Service Magic because I was getting no-where calling both plumbers and pool and spa places. They kept bouncing me back and forth, call a plumber, no call a spa place. It was very irritating! Thank you for finding me someone who can actually complete the job!

Tim was correct in his analysis of the problem. The new sensors are working fine. Temperature is remaining pretty steady on the set number.Thanks.
