We had some pretty big issues with DKS. Tony showed up 2 hours early without calling. At the end of the repair he asked if he should replace our thermostat with the "cheapest and most basic model available" and even said we could "replace it if we didn't like it" further implying how cheap it is. He billed us $160 for a non-programmable digital thermostat that retails for $30. DKS would not accept us returning it when we found out the price. Also when trying to discuss this issue with them their customer service was horrendous and Kevin, the owner, blew us off and told us to take him to court.

I was told by another company I would need a whole new A/C system costing close to 5K because of the change in freon types. I called DKS for a second opinion. They located a compressor that would work with my system, ordered it, and are on their way this morning for installation. I found them very professional and, more important, honest. Highly recommended.
