John called and came out promptly. Easy to talk with and overall just a nice guy. Finished my lawn project and offered to clear a area to build a fence for me , the clearing of the area was done for free for the fence job. We had problems with the sod after it was laid down. It appeared to be due to 'oil film from the "cutter" getting on the sod as it was being cut. We had problems with the quality of the final product. DLI did try and correct the poor growth of the sod in certain areas of the lawn. DLI came back a seeded, fertilize, aerated the lawn, took soil samples, etc to try and make the total completed job into the A category. We have never gotten there. The over-all condition of my lawn is a B. That's the best I can give on the overall look of the SOD, being fair to DLI for the call back and endeavor they put into the job. I question the SOD used.

Very nice people. Came out right away and gave me a fair and honest bid. It was the best bid I got. They came back out within 2 weeks and installed the sprinkler in one day. They did a great job and I am very happy with everything.

John scheduled a time to come out and gave me a clear bid on the spot. He's a great communicator and we ironed out a small change in my requirements easily. The work started immediately and was done in just a couple of days. The foreman, Jim, explained details of the system to me and followed up with me when I had a problem. These guys are terrific to work with.

The worked performed was satisfactory however we didn't communicate clearly that the existing (old) sprinkler system needed to be removed completely - this caused a slow down of work and misunderstanding but DLI made it right in the end.

The estimating process was good. John showed up on the day and time we scheduled and gave the estimate as expected. The job was scheduled soon after agreeing to the order and the crew showed up on time to do the job. The completion of the job took only a little longer than they originally thought but overall, they were great to work with and I would recommend them.

The team was prompt, thorough, and courteous. I was pleased with the results, and would use them again should the need arise.

We were extremely pleased with DLI's work when the project was completed. There were some scheduling issues prior to the start of work but DLI went the extra mile to make up for these in the finished system.

We are set to start this project the middle of October. John has been great to work with thru the planning stage. He has been out several times firming up the design and plant material. So far it's been GREAT!! That was then....less than a year later my lawn had bare spots and was very thin. Per his contract all Plant materials were guaranteed for a year so the 8 plants that died before the end of one should should have been replaced. The only one that was replaced was one I paid for and was never reimbursed. After contacting him several times I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have never delt with a more unprofessional

DLI Enterprises was a great company to work with. They completed the job on time and made sure I was happy with the work before signing off on the job. The staff were great to work with and if I need any other work I would call DLI enterprises. I heartily recommend DLI Enterprises!

They are almost done, and the work has been excellent. We couldn't be more pleased.

We had problems with the initial sod due to shade effect, etc. DLI was very good in coming back to try and alter the poor initial sod. They did soil samples, they fertilized and seeded the patchy areas, etc. Both my wife and myself are very impressed with DLI.

Overall, they did an amazing job! I really enjoyed working with John & Jim. After stopping and starting on the plans for this project, I am very happy with the end result and would recommend DLI to other users. They were much more courteous than other landscaper that I had communicated with via ServiceMagic. I will use them again.

I LOVE the way my yard turned out. The neighbors are constantly commenting on how nice it looks and saying that this is the best make-over of this yard ever.

Recently I contracted with DLI enterprises to install a sprinkler system on a fully landscaped 1/4 acre lot. I found DLI through the web service �Service Magic�. I chose DLI based upon several factors. 1) Promptness. DLI was quick to respond to my query. They also arrived on time for the appointment to discuss the job. They began the job and completed the job on-time and when they specified. 2) Estimate details. DLI provided a thorough estimate covering everything that would be installed. This included the number and type of each sprinkler head, amount of wire, number of valves, amount of funny pipe, amount of hard pipe and all other materials. They also included line items for clean up and re-seeding of the yard where trenching was required. 3) Enthusiasm. John (the president of DLI) and Josh (production supervisor) both exhibit a sincere desire to meet the customer�s needs and respond to any questions or issues promptly and thoroughly. They both make the customer feel important. The project was completed on time. I was very pleased with the end result and with the entire project. Working with DLI was painless, had no unpleasant surprises and went as planned. I highly recommend DLI Enterprises.

Very professional group. They did a very nice job. I am certain my family will spend a LOT more time in the backyard now.
