Not only did he do a great job of repairing the carpet he then gave me a great deal on carpet cleaning as well. I would highly recommend DMAC. They know their stuff!

Excellent job - changed work while he was here handled very professionally! Soft sell on other services and products but really worked hard to make sure that everything I asked was done and with quality - even though this was a small job! Highly recommend them! Well done!

The person they sent was very new and inexperienced. He dragged all the tubes and equipment through the house on our new carpet without putting down any protection, and also scratched the entryway paint with the equipment. The windowsill he dragged other equipment through got chipped in a few places. He did clean the carpet where he'd left some marks and spills, but I would have rather had a more careful worker to begin with.

Dan was a pleasure to work with. He warned me the damage could be worse which it was. He and his team were efficient, timely and very reasonable considering. They cleaned up daily. He ended up doing my restoration as I was so impressed with his company.
