Overall, a very good experience. Only reason I gave a 4 on communication is that they could have communicated a bit better with me about when the door (which had to be special ordered) was going to be coming in. Didn't find that out until I called them to find out status and they indicated that the door had just come in. The installer was very thorough on explaining what he was going to do ahead of time and what he had done when he was done. A very good experience overall.
