I made a scheduled appointment and Steve didn't show up to one. He calls back and reschedules and doesn't even show up on time. This is after he tells me he's right around the corner from me. He gives me an estimate to fix the door and schedules a repair date. He shows up 4hrs late. While trying to fix the door, he goes back and forth to Home Depot because he's not prepared for the job. In the end the door closes but barely. He then asks me if I wanted to replace the door now. Oh great just add on the $'s now. Ended up having Lowes replace my door!

Doors R US provided excellent quality work and excellent customer service. I will use again and recommend them highly.

Steven of Doors R Us confirmed appointment, appeared on time, and fixed both our sliding glass doors so they work better than ever. On his way out he fixed our front door at no charge. He was very courteous and thorough.

The job was done well.

He did repair the defective rollers, but left the door with a new problem that was not present before. I have to push or pull on the glass to get it to close and this is inconvenient from the outstide. I also understood that the lock would be working when he finiished the job, but it is not. I contacted him about these problems, but have not recieved a reply. I paid $225 for a 1.5 hour service call that ended without completion of the work

The patio door was repaired promptly with new castors and the track was cleaned. We were very pleased for the repair job and will call any time again if needed for any other repair. Earl S.

Great service and very professional. But a little pricy.

The gentleman was courteous and prompt. He knew what he was doing and had all the right tools and parts. The door is fixed and working 100% better. However his housekeeping practices were below par. He tracked old sticky caulking from the sliding glass door onto a nice indoor mat and a spot on my NEW carpet. He did not clean his work area as he progressed with his work and continued to work in (step on) debris on the ground directly where he was standing to work. I was not happy.......

Steven is great to work with. He professional, has excellent skills and he delivers as promised. I have already given some of his cards to neighbors.

very professional man,came in saw what i needed and gave me a price. the price was better than i thought it would be so i toldhim togoahead and get started and i would be on my computer. He got job done quickly just long enough to get my door knob, put that on and was finished. I do and will recommend him to friends.

He came out even though another contractor who was recommended refused to come out because it was raining. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this professional because he will go the extra mile to earn your business.
