We had just purchased our house, and had to install a new well. The plumber apparently cut the sprinkler control line. The tech from Dozier was able to track down three different places where the plumber had cut the sprinkler control line, and did this in just a couple of hours. Took care of our problem quickly and effectively, and also ensured the sprinkler system was set up and running properly before he left.

Talked to Mike on the phone, I was still on the computer when he called. Liked what he had to say, liked the fact that he did not hesitate to answer my questions. Told him I was in Pennsylvania, not Florida where I was having the problem. Explained that a friend would have to let him in, all no problem for him. The friend who opened the house for Mike was also happy with him, showed up on time and did th job quickly. He also charge what he indicated would be the price. Overall very happy and would hire him again.
