John called within 15 minutes after I gave my request to Service Magic, then came on Sunday to give me an estimate. He was to replace the water heater on Monday afternoon, but his supplier didn't have one available until Tuesday. John informed me of this & since the job wasn't an emergency, Tuesday was okay. He arrived on Tuesday afternoon and replaced the wwater heater along with the flush valves on 2 commodes. Price was reasonable & quality workmanship.
