Overall, the technician provided exceptional service and was professional. The response time was even more exceptional. The only causion that I have is that the technician moved some personal items and didn't put them back.

Gerard was punctual for the appointment. He repaired our garage door problem and did some preventative maintenance to help us avoid a similar problem in the future. We'll call him again if we need similar work.

They didn't have the right part the first time they came out, but it was the same day I called and came promptly the next day with the correct part. They were nice to work with, not sure how they compare on price.

Installed 9' x 8'6" insulated door. Fast, best on good quality and price,did every thing I ask, the installer was easy to work with. I will be hiring these guys to do a 12'x13'6" door without hesitation.

Missed the first appointment entirely, showed up to only do an estimate that then didn't show up or call for the next appointment. Completed the job but did not provide an invoice (as requested) that showed cost of parts- just showed project cost.

The final product was good, but working with Gerard is most challenging.

Gerard is very pleasant. My only complaint was he was always late. I'm one who expects people to be here when they say. I will give credit for calling when late. DTE was not the lowest bid, but we liked the detail he included on the bid. The end result is what we wanted and expected. Very pleased overall.

Fast and accommodating service. Although they had the wrong parts the first time out, they quickly got the correct ones, and were back out 2 days later to repair.

Excellent service. I couldn't be home to meet Gerard but he came in called with an estimate and was able to make the repair right then and there after my approval to proceed with the repair.
